An insurance technology company is seeking a Remote Lead Software Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Build technical expertise and collateral
  • Define and refine technical best practices for scrum teams
  • Work with leadership stakeholders on company-wide initiatives

Qualifications Include:

  • Expertise with RESTful API conventions
  • Fluency in Ruby/Ruby on Rails and RSpec or similar testing frameworks
  • Demonstrated success leading technical implementations
  • Experience with Kotlin and/or Java
  • High standards for quality and attention to detail
