Job Summary
A professional coaching company is in need of a Remote Lead Software Engineer.
Must be able to:
- Develop internal and external tools to support productivity for our customers & internal teams
- Improve performance and reliability, and polish existing features
- Work closely with product, design, and the CTO to build new product features from start to finish
Qualifications for this position include:
- Demonstrated ability to develop full stack web applications and experience working with external APIs
- 4+ years of full-time software engineering experience
- Familiarity with or experience in some or all of our current tech stack: Ruby on Rails, Javascript/React, SQL/Postgres, Heroku
- Ability to ramp up quickly and own features end-to-end
