Job Summary

An insurance technology company is in need of a Remote Lead Software Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Design and develop new features for our main application
  • Help plan the roadmap with other developers, managers and product stakeholders
  • Mentor other developers and help establish engineering quality standards

Qualifications Include:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails
  • Experience building and scaling user-focused mobile/web applicationsT
  • You have outstanding oral and written skills
  • Good delegation and time management skills
