Job Summary

A software development company has a current position open for a Remote Lead Software Product Designer.

Must be able to:

  • Work tightly with engineers and PMs and broader team to ship products
  • Lead design for immediate roadmap initiatives
  • Lead design team

Position Requirements Include:

  • Experience simplifying complex user workflows
  • 4+ years experience as a product designer, user experience designer, interaction designer, or similar role
  • Demonstrated ability to work with engineers and product managers to ship products
  • Experience using Figma
  • Portfolio highlighting thought process throughout product development in past projects
  • Experience building and maintaining top notch UI library/reusable components
