Job Summary
A software solutions company is in need of a Remote Lead Software Product Designer.
Must be able to:
- Perform all functions within the product design lifecycle, including research
- Work with cross functional project teams to guide the vision, strategy and solution design for top tier companies
- Craft and present design concepts and solutions to gain buy-in from client stakeholders and navigate interactions
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ Years of experience working as a Product Designer
- A portfolio demonstrating sufficient experience
- A deep understanding of key UI/UX principles, processes, and methodologies
- Deep understanding of the tools that power design research, discovery, ideation, visualization and interface design
- Ability to learn quickly and take critical feedback without breaking stride
- Experience with testing accessibility of UI and updating components to adhere to client accessibility standards/requirements
