Job Summary
A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Lead Strategic Program Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Prioritizing roadmap items among stakeholders (while accounting for internal resource alignment) to ensure maximum value delivered at each step
- Translating requests into the larger program to achieve a unified direction of work
- Collaborating across the Transformation organization to drive consistency and continuous improvement related to stakeholder engagement and portfolio management
Qualifications for this position include:
- 8+ years of project management experience with at least 4+ years leading complex enterprise programs
- Strong understanding of project and program management best practices and project methodology, tools, and techniques
- Proven track record of delivering projects and programs from initiation through implementation
- Ability to influence across functional boundaries and across multiple organizational levels to drive results
- Strong leadership and management skills
