Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Creating authentic relationships with hiring managers, candidates and colleagues
  • Understanding and balancing the hiring need with the candidate's career goals
  • Effectively managing talent pipelines

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelors (Required)
  • Strong project management skills
  • 10+ years' experience in corporate recruiting in healthcare industry
  • Strong presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Must be able to use digital technology purposefully and confidently
