An entertainment services company is seeking a Remote Lead Technical Recruiter in Chicago.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Sourcing, screening, presenting, and closing the technical talent in engineer, product, quality, and design disciplines that power the company marketplaces
- Advising on interview best practice, elevating how teams objectively assess talent
- Owning end to end strategic talent acquisition projects, contributing to a best-in-class talent acquisition function
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- A proven career in technical recruiting
- Able to contribute to strategic initiatives i.e. campus recruitment, internships, DEI/non-bias training, branding and community engagement
- An agile mindset, responding quickly and autonomously to change
