Job Summary

A worldwide leader in telecommunications services is filling a position for a Remote Lead Technical Talent Development Consultant.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Utilizing critical thinking and needs assessment skills to analyze, problem solve, and improve processes
• Evaluating effectiveness and developing strategies to address root causes of business unit and corporate performance issues
• Acting as change agent for internal customers in development of solutions

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience
• Knowledge of the applicable channel's business processes, product set, pricing, ordering and billing systems with basic skills
• Indepth knowledge of how to analyze sales data and develop action plans based on results
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize appropriately
• Thorough understanding of sales methodologies and concepts from prospecting through close
• 6 - 8 years of related experience
