Job Summary

A technology company has an open position for a Remote Lead Technical Writer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Produce documentation for streaming professionals who are new to the company's products
• Create and update a variety of end-user content
• Create and maintain content that enables our customers to use our software effectively and efficiently

Qualifications Include:

• 2+ years producing technical documentation for commercially released software products
• 6 months+ professional experience documenting software APIs
• Working with content-management or knowledgebase-authoring systems and source code repositories
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
