A private, personalized, human performance training institute needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Lead Technology Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Carrying a job requisition load between 6-8 positions
- Managing another technology recruiter with a similar job requisition load
- Managing search firms that are supporting our talent and hiring needs
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Experience executing targeted outreach strategies - companies, industries, candidate profiles, etc.
- Strong social media presence and network within the hiring areas assigned
