Job Summary
A nursing college is in need of a Remote Lead Test Development Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assuming responsibility for the creation of examinations
- Ensuring examinations are congruent with the most current NCLEX® test plans
- Developing test items, reviewing faculty-developed items, and coordinating course faculty meetings
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Minimum of three (3) years of test development and analysis experience
- Ability to oversee the development of items for course examinations
- Ability to serve as an advisory liaison to the curriculum and faculty development committees
- Experience in developing faculty test development skills
