Job Summary
A software development company specializing in project management solutions has a current position open for a Remote Lead to Cash Business Process Engineer.
Must be able to:
- Streamline the Lead-to-Cash process for a very complex business, dealing with a high volume of leads and customers across all segments
- Build assignment logic, so that the leads get to the right people for every company size, vertical, language, region, engagement score, fit score, and campaign
- Approach the trade off between the speed of lead assignment and its accuracy
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience in the systems field for 10+ years
- Enterprise architecture experience
- 5+ years strong experience in designing sales processes
- Ability to collect requirements and see the intent behind them
- Ability to map out business processes in easy to read flow charts
- Ability to write concise and accurate business requirements docs for the development team
