Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Lead User Experience Content Strategist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Crafting simple, straightforward, and human UI text that makes even the most complex concepts intuitive
• Educating on the practice of UX writing and content strategy
• Creating new content standards and messaging frameworks that later become adopted by others

Qualifications Include:

• 7+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, or content strategy on a product team
• Experience with and passion for design libraries, standards, and taxonomies
• Experience writing content for web/mobile products and developing style guides
• Proven ability to communicate deep design thinking at all levels of the organization
• Bachelor's or master's degree in interaction design, industrial design, product design, service design
• Experience in leading product design from opportunity development, to concept design, prototyping, and to shipment
