Job Summary

A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Lead User Experience Content Strategist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Crafting simple, straightforward, and human UI text that makes even the most complex concepts intuitive
• Becoming an expert in our products you'll take the complex and translate it into clear, approachable language
• Educating on the practice of UX writing and content strategy

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, or content strategy on a product team
• A track record of writing simple, straightforward, and human copy
• Experience with and passion for design libraries, standards, and taxonomies
• Experience writing content for web/mobile products and developing style guides
• Bachelor's or master's degree in interaction design, industrial design, product design, service design
• Proven ability to communicate deep design thinking at all levels of the organization
