Job Summary

An enterprise information management software company is filling a position for a Remote Lead User Experience Designer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Test and improve the website design and user flows
  • Establish design guidelines, standards, and best practices
  • Collaborate with other designers and internal stakeholders to drive innovation within UX projects and activities

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in an UX/UI Design role
  • Experience designing interactive website experiences for both B2C and B2B audiences
  • Experience with designing and prototyping tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and others
  • Knowledge of web accessibility guidelines and standards
  • Familiarity with web and mobile technologies, responsive design, and their impact on the feasibility of design solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as interactive design, industrial design, or graphic design, or equivalent
