Job Summary
A small business network marketplace has an open position for a Remote Lead User Experience Designer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Capture and synthesize business and user requirements
- Conduct persona development and user journey mapping
- Work as a UX design partner for multiple product teams,
Qualifications for this position include:
- Understanding of, and ability to immerse in social networking user experiences
- Experience creating both micro and macro UX solutions
- Ability to create beautifully simple experiences for a less-than-tech-savvy target audience
- User testing skills – planning, conducting, interpreting
- Wireframe prototyping skills
- User research skills – gathering, conducting, interpreting
