Job Summary

An international hospitality company is seeking a Remote Lead User Experience Designer in McLean.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Working with the UX researcher to identify users’ needs and understand how users consume and navigate content
  • Understanding data and qualitative feedback into practical next steps
  • Deploying various practices to efficiently yet optimally build designs

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Seven (7) years of professional work experience in Technology or a related field
  • Experience with web and mobile platforms
  • Five (5) years of experience as a user experience designer, product designer, digital designer, or similar role
  • Experience with common design tools
  • Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus six (6)+ years of Technology related experience
  • Experience in an agile/scrum environment
