Job Summary

A technology company is filling a position for a Remote Lead User Experience Researcher.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Engaging cross-functional stakeholders to identify high-impact research opportunities
• Owning and driving large research initiatives for demonstrable impact on product strategy
• Mentoring researchers and designers, guiding them through a range of research activities

Required Skills:

• Solid grasp of qualitative research best practices in a product, technology or UX setting
• Advanced degree in Human Computer Interaction, Cognitive or Information Science
• 10+ years of relevant work experience in industry, collaborating cross-functionally
• Familiarity with all aspects of mixed method primary research
• Strong project management, communication, collaboration and presentation skills
• Proven track record influencing product direction and strategy with actionable insights
