Job Summary

A software company has an open position for a Remote Lead UX Service Designer and Buyer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading the design process across our buyer journeys
  • Utilizing service design to deliver seamless learning, expanding and augmenting the buying experience
  • Working with our Commerce and Product teams to create a clear, understandable experience

Position Requirements Include:

  • Experienced Service & UX Designer
  • 5-8+ years of professional UX design experience under your belt
  • Demonstrated love of the open iterative design process
  • Strong facilitation and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience with strategies for utilizing data and user feedback to drive awesome digital experiences
