Job Summary
A marketing company is in need of a Remote Lead Video Editor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Leading a team of editors
- Conducting team performance evaluations, and mentoring/upskilling team members
- Taking creative briefs/rough edits to clear, concise finished videos
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience leading teams of 5-10
- 5+ years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, and design
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere
- Experience editing for digital and social media marketing, paid social, direct response, etc
- Ability to think critically about how to optimize the viewer’s experience of every video
- Must provide a link to DEMO REEL to be considered
