Job Summary
A provider of an online research website for electronics is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Lead Web Development Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Building scalable, high-quality, and innovative back-end features and workflows
- Writing code that is simple, reliable, maintainable, performant, and functional
- Mentoring and coaching other members of your squad and the engineering team
Required Skills:
- 5+ years experience in software engineering
- Production experience with Node, React, and GraphQL
- Experience reliably integrating and handling data from multiple APIs
- Experience building applications at scale on any major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, etc)
- Experience translating product and business users' needs into actionable tasks
- Experience with version control, shell scripting, Unix filesystem, and automating
