Job Summary
An insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Leader Development Learning Design Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Configure on-demand strategies and content to address the specific challenges faced by leaders
- Work with vendors to ensure effective design and execution of live, blended or on-demand solutions and programs
- Manage projects and initiatives and create updates/presentations to document progress
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree in learning management /instructional design, human resources, or related field
- Seven years of experience in training & development, human resources, learning technology or a related field
- Exceptional project management skills, presentation skills, meeting facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Technological mindset with the ability to use state-of-the-art technologies
- Experience with Degreed
- Knowledge of self-directed learning, leadership development, and learning technologies
