Job Summary

A manufacturing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Leadership and Development Program Data Analyst in New Britain.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Working in four 6-month rotations in different departments within our center of excellence
  • Becoming familiar with how we do business and contribute to the success of the company

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • BS in data science, math/stats, engineering, computer science, economics/quantitative social science or natural science related field
  • Must have a 3.0 GPA upon graduation
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other applications in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must have demonstrated leadership experience
