A digital-first health and wellbeing company is seeking a Remote Leadership and Learning Development Manager.
Must be able to:
- Develop and deliver training curriculum to employees and managers
- Drive enterprise-wide people manager and leadership programs
- Facilitate people manager on-boarding program, Leadership Essentials
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 4-5 years with large and small group facilitation and designing and delivering learning solutions
- Knowledge of learning theories and principles
- Exceptional facilitation skills for effective virtual training
- Trusted Advisor mindset
- Thought leadership
- Detail oriented with thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task
