An eLearning company has a current position open for a Remote Leadership and Soft Skills Trainer.

Must be able to:

• Develop and deliver leadership programs and training material to meet organizational needs
• Conduct training need analysis in collaboration with the key stakeholders
• Coordinate training

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Learning and Development
• Good standard of education including training qualification at a recognized national level or equivalent
• Experience of complementary skills in administering tools
