Qualifications for this position include:
- 3+ years experience working as a coach with companies/individuals in fast-paced, high-growth, and complex environments
- Passion for coaching leaders through personal and professional challenges
- Track record of putting intuition for business into practice to help leaders increase their leadership effectiveness
- Experience building high trust and impactful relationships with employees and leaders at all levels
- Experience with modern LMS
- Certified Coach
