Job Summary
A civil engineering firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Leadership Development Program Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Leverage and advance the use of technology enablement to advance learning as an organization
- Manage and maintain vendor relationships
- Create and manage the overall project to design and develop leadership programming
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Able to manage the coordination of activities of a group or department with responsibility for results.
- BA/BS plus 8 years of relevant program management experience in a talent development program or equivalent
- Act as advisor to subordinates to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems.
