Job Summary

A leadership development firm is in need of a Remote Leadership Solutions Designer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Supporting design of leadership development solutions
  • Meeting with clients, bringing our existing leadership solution design to life
  • Owning design deliverables

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 2 years related experience is preferred
  • Elearning design experience such as Rise, Storyline is strongly preferred
  • Able to consistently design solutions that are 70% client-ready
