Job Summary

A manufacturing company has a current position open for a Remote Lean and Industry Senior Manager in Farmington.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Creating strategic relationships with all internal leaders and associates to implement and deliver scalable programs on Standard Work, Lean, I4.0
• Working in conjunction with plant leadership and Global Operations to develop a three-year plant roadmap
• Implementing improvement actions related to key business operations metrics and overall manufacturing effectivenes

Required Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of lean manufacturing methods, Six Sigma, and other CI tools, with a willingness to learn more
• 7+ years of progressive, global manufacturing operations experience
• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
• Knowledge and deployment of state-of-the-art manufacturing practices as well as quality and continuous improvement techniques
• Technically proficient in all areas of manufacturing management, OpEx, supply chain management, and quality systems
