Remote Lean Management Leader

Job Summary

Driving cultural transformation and operational excellence, the full-time Remote Lean Management Leader will coach and implement lean principles while partnering with business leaders to enhance operational metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a robust continuous improvement strategy in collaboration with management and stakeholders
• Facilitate kaizen events and drive lean methodologies such as 5S, VSM, and Kanban across the organization
• Provide expertise in project management and root cause analysis to identify and resolve business improvement opportunities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Lean implementation roles within the manufacturing industry
• Proven experience in leading cultural change and operational improvement initiatives
• Strong knowledge of lean tools and methodologies, including 5S, VSM, and SMED
• Fluent in English with strong project management and communication skills
