Job Summary

a not-for-profit healthcare system has an open position for a Remote Lean Process Improvement Physician Practice Coach.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Collaborate closely with the clinics to facilitate strategic implementations
• Navigate staff towards successful completion of all medical home initiatives
• Coach managers, providers and staff, to develop the capacity for sustained change and improvement

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's Degree (Required)Field of Study: a health care administration
• OR related field or at least 3 - 5 years practice management Experience in lieu of degree
• Thorough understanding of outpatient Quality Improvement principles and methodologies
• Excellent computer, communication and interpersonal skills
• Broad understanding of all provider/clinical workflows, relevant applications and the role of technology within the ambulatory care setting
• Practice operations Experience
