A company that specializes in helping students find pathways into careers in education has a current position open for a Remote Learner Engagement Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing learner communications
- Improving and standardizing learner recruitment practices and systems
- Monitoring and improving the learner in-classroom experience
Position Requirements Include:
- Several in-country visits over the initial few months, periodic continued visits
- Minimum of 5 years’ of business work experience
- 2+ years of direct leadership experience
- 2+ years working in emerging markets is required
- Substantial experience in a student’s services role at a managerial level
- Experience in recruiting for either entry level job roles or vocational training programs
