Job Summary
An online higher education institution is seeking a Remote Learner Enrollment Counselor.
Must be able to:
- Increase program enrollments by conducting outreach to prospective learners
- Engage prospective learners through phone, webinar, and email communication
- Evaluate prospective learners needs and qualifications while providing clear and concise information
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Min 2 years of experience in higher education enrollment related role
- Experience with international audience
- Sales and results driven
- Strong interpersonal and writing skills
- An understanding of modern digital-led recruitment strategies
