Job Summary

To support new and prospective students with the Sophia Learning platform, the full-time Associate Learner Support Representative will assist with account management, course navigation, and troubleshooting while working remotely on a Saturday to Wednesday shift.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist students in creating and managing accounts, adding courses, and navigating the learning environment
  • Provide guidance on platform functionality and tools to ensure students feel confident using the system
  • Resolve basic technical issues and escalate complex problems to internal support teams as needed
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma
  • 1+ year of contact center or administrative experience (phone/chat) preferred
  • Experience in education or academia
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Zendesk
  • Authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available
