Job Summary

An analytics company is in need of a Remote Learning and Development Associate.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing and implementing a learning strategy and training and development plan
  • Developing the plan to measure and/or assess the impact of better business outcomes
  • Performing full inventory of skills and developing a clear picture of the specific skills

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, psychology, education, business, and/or related business experience
  • 5+ years relevant training and development experience
  • Demonstrate affinity with employee learning and learning technologies
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms
  • Possess analytical ability and measuring for program effectiveness
