- Driving strategy and resources that deliver exceptional training
- Designing, developing and evaluating training solutions
- Overseeing internal training and readiness resources to meet team objectives
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to facilitate training in person and virtually as needed
- Undergraduate degree
- Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience
- 8-10 years' corporate training experience
- Ssubject matter expertise in training content creation and delivery
- Subject matter expertise in learning management system administration
