Job Summary
A global crypto finance company has a current position open for a Remote Learning and Development Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Focusing on enabling company’s employees to have the best experience possible while growing their careers
- Partnering with employees at both the individual and manager level to unlock the highest potential in our employees by developing and implementing training materials and programs
- Directing the development, implementation, and facilitation of company's internal University - a hub for a learning and development program that includes training in management, career development, employee on-boarding, and product & industry subject matter
Qualifications for this position include:
- 10+ years of experience with Human Resources including business partnering, organizational development, and learning and development
- Background in crypto, economics, financial systems, and/or payments
- Ability to educate and train employees on a variety of subject matter
- Ability to lead the direction, strategy, and roadmap for global L&D programs, content, and distribution
- Ability to own the implementation, content, employee experience and on-going maintenance of our Learning Management System (LMS)
- Ability to use LMS data, employee survey data, knowledge assessments, and learning needs assessments to prioritize the development of training content, and make improvements to existing content
