An insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Learning and Development Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Developing a company-wide strategy for L&D
• Designing, implementing, and evaluating a meaningful employee development program
• Developing metrics and KPIs tied to business outcomes that measure the effectiveness of L&D efforts

Qualifications Include:

• 10+ years in learning and development, organizational development, human resources or related field
• Experience developing and implementing a strategic plan for organization-wide learning and development
• Self-motivated, problem solver, who is flexible and adapts easily to change
• Strong planning, analysis, organizational and project management skills
• Strong collaboration, communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent instructional design skills
