Job Summary

A customer experience technology and services company is in need of a Remote Learning and Development Innovation Head.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Bring thought leadership and continuous re-engineering
• Build a team to incubate, test, and go live with cost efficient solutions
• Support the training delivery teams to function with greater efficiency

Qualifications Include:

• 15+ years in the learning and development domain
• Demonstrated experience brining innovation to the training and curriculum development function
• Knowledge of adult learning, assuring the application of effective training principles
• Global and large scale training environment experience
• Demonstrated experience thriving in a matrixed environment
• Ability to lead and partner successfully with teams, management, and clients/stakeholders
