Job Summary
A company that provides home health benefits management services needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Learning and Development Instructional Designer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Determine appropriate performance and learning solutions
- Deliver the trainer sessions as required.
- Design and develop programs using the appropriate instructional tools
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Bachelor’s degree in education, training education or Learning and Development
- 5+ years of developing training programs in a corporate health care setting
- A demonstrated capacity to design training and performance improvement programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of instructional design methodologies adult learning theory
