Job Summary
A technology company is seeking a Remote Learning and Development Instructional Designer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Building job-contextual practice interactions such as role plays, scenarios or situational assessments
- Creating and maintaining content such as courses, assessments, job-aids, facilitator guides, workbooks
- Reviewing and recommending training materials from a variety of vendors that align with our organizational needs
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to identify training needs, develop training content and deliver training programs
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Learning and Development or Human Resources Management
- 1+ years of instructional design experience (required)
- 2-5 year of progressive experience in Learning & Development or training (required)
- Experience managing or maintaining content for a Content Management Software
- Experience with Learning Management System platforms (required)
