Job Summary
A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Learning and Development Instructional Designer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Performing comprehensive Needs Assessments to determine appropriate performance and learning solutions
- Delivering the trainer sessions as required
- Defining project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with stakeholders
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree in education, training education or Learning and Development
- 5 years' of developing training programs in a corporate health care setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience developing eLearning using an authoring tool like Articulate, or Captivate
- Demonstrated intimate knowledge of instructional design methodologies adult learning theory
- A portfolio link to design portfolio is required as part of the job application
