Job Summary
A consumer financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Learning and Development Lead.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Implement a new New Hire Experience in remote first hybrid work environment
- Manage program logistics from start to finish and partnering cross-functionally across the People Team
- Write communications, plans, and draft other internal content related to the New Hire Experience.
Qualifications for this position include:
- Remote based employees may occasionally travel to an company office for meetings or team building events
- You've led onboarding processes that support a workforce that has scaled globally to over 1000 employees
- You’ve developed and delivered curriculum and learning programs from scratch
- Strong relationship-building skills to work collaboratively with partners across the organization
- Excellent communication skills
- 5+ years of experience highlighting a combination of program management, instructional design, and facilitation
