Job Summary

A consumer financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Learning and Development Lead.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Implement a new New Hire Experience in remote first hybrid work environment
  • Manage program logistics from start to finish and partnering cross-functionally across the People Team
  • Write communications, plans, and draft other internal content related to the New Hire Experience.

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Remote based employees may occasionally travel to an company office for meetings or team building events
  • You've led onboarding processes that support a workforce that has scaled globally to over 1000 employees
  • You’ve developed and delivered curriculum and learning programs from scratch
  • Strong relationship-building skills to work collaboratively with partners across the organization
  • Excellent communication skills
  • 5+ years of experience highlighting a combination of program management, instructional design, and facilitation
