Job Summary
A travel booking company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Learning and Development Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Authoring future-focused training strategy plans and narratives to socialize with leaders your vision
- Developingn and implementing learning strategies that drive performance
- Establishing and refining standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the training team
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrable experience working in learning & development, preferably in SaaS and/or travel
- At least two years of experience in learning program management, facilitation, and instructional design
- Previous experience working and teaching remotely
- Excellent direct communication skills, written and verbal
- Enthusiasm and curiosity for conducting research and answering hard questions with data
