Job Summary

A travel booking company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Learning and Development Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Authoring future-focused training strategy plans and narratives to socialize with leaders your vision
  • Developingn and implementing learning strategies that drive performance
  • Establishing and refining standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the training team

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrable experience working in learning & development, preferably in SaaS and/or travel
  • At least two years of experience in learning program management, facilitation, and instructional design
  • Previous experience working and teaching remotely
  • Excellent direct communication skills, written and verbal
  • Enthusiasm and curiosity for conducting research and answering hard questions with data
