Job Summary
A digital media distribution company is in need of a Remote Learning and Development Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing the execution of multiple programs simultaneously
- Formulating, iterating, and project managing the execution of a company-wide L&D strategy
- Brainstorming and executing events every quarter as part of our professional development programming
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience designing, developing, and executing scalable programs
- 4+ years demonstrated experience managing cross-company projects and initiatives
- Experience collaborating strategically across multiple teams
- Ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously
- Passion for creating inclusive programming that serves diverse populations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
