Job Summary
A leading provider of security technology needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Learning and Development Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Partner with other teams to develop and recruit talent
- Collate data from performance tracking and other sources of data to provide effective reporting
- Design/develop/deliver effective learning experiences throughout the employee life-cycle
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant subject matter such as Instructional Design/Adult Learning
- 5+ years of experience defining, developing, delivering, driving/deploying and documenting learning and development programs
- Training Program Facilitation, Organization Development and Organizational Design experience
- Instructional Design and Program Development experience
- Deep understanding and leveraging external learning programs and resources
