Job Summary
An insurance company providing workers’ compensation insurance directly to businesses is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Learning and Development Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Creating programs targeted at all level of leadership for continued growth and development
- Creating preparatory program for those interested in but not yet leading
- Gathering feedback on TM processes to ensure continued improvement
Qualifications for this position include:
- A minimum of 3 years of L&D experience is required
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or HRCI certified
- A minimum of 2 years of leadership is required
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
