Job Summary

A financial services company has an open position for a Remote Learning and Development Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Conducting training and development needs assessments annually
  • Planning and organizing L&D events
  • Conducting follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Five years of experience designing and implementing employee development programs
  • Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) credential preferred
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred
