Job Summary
A technology distributor is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Learning and Development Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Sales Training
- Develop and implement multiple training programs
- Design, develop, and maintain web-based and print-based material
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5-8 years professional experience in a Sales training related field
- 5 years in a full-time position, designing and developing training programs
- Experience managing and successfully completing complex projects
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Advanced curriculum design skills
- Experience using and managing learning management system
